Carrier Network Analysis

How carriers are flagged for review

• Improvements to outlier calculations, better performance for large carrier networks.
• A failed vetting or qualification set no longer counts as a critical hard stop by itself. It still adds to the carrier's score. Only an active out-of-service order, revoked authority, or a conditional or unsatisfactory safety rating is automatically critical.
• Reports already generated keep the rules they were built with. New reports use the new version.

Report page

• The selection details are now in a collapsible "How carriers are selected" section: the method, the minimum score for this list, and traits shared across the list.
• The empty state now reads "No critical findings or statistical outliers in this list." It no longer uses a green checkmark, so it doesn't look like an all-clear.
• Shorter headings throughout, e.g. "Highest-priority findings first."

PDF export

• Redesigned as an easier-to-read network brief: a "How to read this report" section, one combined list of carriers to review instead of repeated rankings by category, and a link back to the full online report.
• Each carrier's name and DOT stay visible when its details continue onto the next page.
• New footer on every page: "SearchCarriers / Carrier Network Analysis" and "Page X of Y."

Other Fixes

• OAuth: Token requests with a badly formatted client ids now get a standard invalid_client 401 error instead of causing a server error.
• Reports: Fixed an occasional error around ordinals
