Version 1.21.1 - Inspection VINs, Export & Billing Improvements

Vehicle VINs now appear directly in the expanded inspection rows on a company profile, including the unit number and type when available — no need to open the full inspection report (available on the Search plan and above). Inspection exports now split the license plate into separate state and number columns, and insurance exports include the policy cancellation date. We also added automated payment-failure recovery emails and fixed a billing edge case so customers are re-prompted to authenticate (3D Secure) when a retried invoice requires it.
